• Rebuilt a JotForm + PHP prototype into four Laravel/Vue codebases sharing one schema, without taking the live business down.
• Designed a configurable allergy-substitution engine: staff define contraindication rules, the system swaps unsafe medications during intake.
• Replaced manual prescription handling with an automated pipeline routing orders to two telemedicine networks and a pharmacy system.
• Integrated identity verification (Vouched) with no sandbox; every test ran against the production API.
• Ran the AWS infrastructure alone for the first 1.5 years: EC2, SSL, security groups, deploys.

• Built FMCSA Clearinghouse queries and MVR consent flows with e-signatures and state-specific pricing.
• Migrating the legacy Blade/Vue 2 frontend to Inertia + Vue 3 page by page, on a live system.
