- Employees log sales and expenses with proof images; the owner approves or rejects each entry with a reason.
- Cash position tracked across cash in hand, bank deposits, and desk payments.
- Live in production at lcs.pmimrankhan.com, deployed through a GitHub Actions pipeline to Oracle Cloud.
01 / Context
Field staff, no office, no paperwork trail
Employees work in the field and used to report sales and expenses by hand. The owner had no clean record of what was collected, spent, or deposited.
02 / The loop
Enter, approve, reconcile
Employees enter sales and expenses with a proof photo. The owner reviews, approves, or rejects with a reason. Cash in hand, bank deposits, and desk payments roll up into one running position, so the owner always knows what the business holds.
03 / Export
Excel when the boss needs a spreadsheet
A two-sheet workbook exports filtered sales and expenses, verified against real data, because a business owner will ask for the spreadsheet eventually.
04 / Status
Live, with a placeholder write-up to come
The app is live and in daily use. The full case study, including the MySQL binlog recovery from a real data-loss incident, is being written.
